Huaihai Road in the heart of Shanghai is home to the beloved GuangMingCun restaurant, a favorite among locals since childhood. During a culinary exploration of her hometown, Jennifer Du, crossed paths with the general manager and chef of GuangMingCun. Captivated by the century-old restaurant’s charm, she resolved to bring it to Sydney. Indulge in authentic Shanghai snacks like pork ribs rice cakes, braised duck with soy sauce, wonton pastries, and scallion oil-infused noodles at TianTong – GuangMingCun, where tradition meets taste.
